Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for head office and store-level positions
• Coordinate manpower requirements with operations and department heads
• Conduct applicant screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records and 201 files
• Administer statutory benefits (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG)
• Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave monitoring
• Implement company policies and handle disciplinary cases
