Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback mechanisms
• Coordinate learning & development programs, trainings, and workshops
• Assist in performance management processes and talent development initiatives
• Analyze engagement data and prepare reports with actionable insights
