Human Resource Officer

APC Construction Corp. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to join our team. The position involves supporting various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and records management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in AB/BS Psychology, BS Business Administration major in Human Resources, or any related course
• With experience in HR is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• With Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) certification is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in Labor Laws, HRM, and HRD practices
• Fast learner, flexible, and can do tasks with minimal supervision
• Willing to be trained and can start training on January 26, 2025.
• Must be willing to work from Monday to Saturday.
