Human Resource Officer

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration major in Human Resource or any related courses.
• Must have at least 5-7 years' experience handling different facets of human resources from Recruitment to Exit (Recruitment, Employee Relations, Discipline, Training and Development, and Admin tasks) or a Generalist role.
• Good background in Culture Building and Employee Development.
• Can handle end to end employee discipline, and can create memo like NTE and DA.
• Good people-handling, counseling, and documentation skills.
• Adept with labor laws and regulations including handling end to end disciplinary processes.
• Can communicate well at all levels in the organization.
• Possessed good leadership capacity
• Amenable to work from Monday - Saturday. Assigned at Maybunga, Pasig City.
