Responsibilities Responsible for recruitment and selection in all departments. Administrator and onboard new employees Effectively liaise with payroll to finalise appointment Support management with Industrial relation support Prepare for and initiate disciplinary hearings Prepare for and represent the company at the CCMA Setup and support the safety team at Head Office Ensure compliance on the safety team for First Aider and SHE representatives. Effectively manage and support with talent management. Key Requirements Human Resources experience of at least 3 years as a generalist.
