Job Description
The HR Compensation and Benefits Officer is responsible for the end-to-end management of compensation and benefits, ensuring accurate payroll processing, compliance with labor laws, and proper administration of employee benefits from onboarding to offboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end compensation and benefits process, from employee onboarding, payroll processing, benefits enrollment, to final pay computation
- Compute salaries, wages, allowances, overtime, and deductions accurately
- Process and monitor government-mandated registrations, contributions, payments, and employee loans
- Ensure compliance with labor code provisions, statutory benefits, and holiday pay computation
- Prepare and compute employee final pay/last pay, including and mandatory deductions
- Administer HMO enrollment, updates, and employee registrations
- Maintain and monitor timekeeping records for accurate payroll processing
