Job Description
Job Purpose
To support the development, coordination, and execution of HR programs with a strong focus on staff engagement, culture-building initiatives, communication, events, HR operations, and continuous improvement. Acts as a key liaison between employees and management to promote a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Staff Engagement & Culture Development
Plan, coordinate, and execute staff engagement activities (e.g., Townhalls, team-building, festive celebrations, appreciation programs).
- Develop annual Staff Engagement Calendar and lead implementation.
- Conduct employee feedback sessions, pulse checks, and engagement surveys.
- Monitor engagement metrics and propose initiatives to improve morale and culture.
- Lead internal recognition programs (e.g., Staff of the Month, peer appreciation).
