Job Purpose

To support the development, coordination, and execution of HR programs with a strong focus on staff engagement, culture-building initiatives, communication, events, HR operations, and continuous improvement. Acts as a key liaison between employees and management to promote a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

1. Staff Engagement & Culture Development

2. Plan, coordinate, and execute staff engagement activities (e.g., Townhalls, team-building, festive celebrations, appreciation programs).

3. Develop annual Staff Engagement Calendar and lead implementation.
4. Conduct employee feedback sessions, pulse checks, and engagement surveys.
5. Monitor engagement metrics and propose initiatives to improve morale and culture.
