About the Role
As an HR Services Advisor, you'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate employee, position, and contingent staff data worldwide. You'll ensure data quality, enable HR systems and processes to run smoothly, and safeguard sensitive information — all while delivering excellent service to employees and managers.
This role requires availability to work in either EMEA or US time zones.
What You'll Do
Process HR data accurately within SLAs while maintaining confidentiality & data privacy.
Provide high-quality customer support for complex HR inquiries from global stakeholders.
Troubleshoot issues, identify process improvements, and help implement policy changes.
