We are looking for the position of
HR Executive – Job Description
Handle recruitment process (job posting, screening, interview coordination)
Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents
Manage employee onboarding and orientation
Maintain employee records and HR database
Process payroll and staff claims (if applicable)
Manage leave, attendance, and employee benefits
Support performance appraisal and evaluation process
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
Handle staff queries related to HR matters
Assist in training and development programs
Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities
Support disciplinary actions and grievance handling
Prepare HR reports and documentation
Liaise with government agencies when required (CPF, MOM, etc.)
Working hours Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
