We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and hands-on HR Manager / Senior HR Executive for our client to support HR operations within the Early Childhood sector. The ideal candidate is independent, trustworthy, and well‑versed in HR practices relevant to childcare centres in Singapore. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes, accurate payroll administration, and compliance with sector‑specific as well as MOM regulations.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in accordance with MOM and ECDA requirements.
Handle HR queries from staff professionally and promptly.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently implemented across centres.
