Human Resource Specialist (6-month contract)

Take the lead on Employee Relations for the Consumer Shopper Engagement and Business Support Operations teams. Bring expertise in Mexican Labor Law, investigations, compliance, and workforce lifecycle management.

• Own Employee Relations governance: lead investigations, disciplinary actions, terminations, grievances, ethics cases, and conflict resolution.
• Mitigate labor and compliance risk: ensure adherence to Mexican Labor Law, telework regulations, STPS requirements, internal policies, and audit standards; anticipate and prevent litigation, inspections, or reputational risk.
• Act as trusted advisor to site leadership: mentor managers on performance management, difficult conversations, workforce decisions, documentation standards, and employee engagement risks.
