Summary Corrections professionals who foster a humane and secure environment and ensure public safety by preparing individuals for successful reentry into our communities. Responsibilities Responsible for scheduling and implementing local training and ensuring that all employees receive their required training, as well as career enhancement training. Works with institution department heads to assure adequate training plans exist to train probationary staff, as well as seasoned employees, and assists as necessary in the instruction of trainees enrolled in institution training courses. Work closely with the Training Coaches and Certified Instructors in preparation for local trainings by assisting in developing teaching concepts and techniques, as well as the use and maintenance of all classroom equipment.
