Job Specifications:

Education: Must be a graduate of any four (4) year course with RPM License if possible, preferably Human Resource Management/Psychology.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year work experience in any HR Role.

Essential Skills / Knowledge / Abilities: Computer literate, Proficiency in MS Office applications. Must be able to prepare comprehensive reports and is able to analyze and interpret data; Has initiative, exhibits objectivity and good interpersonal relations; Has good communication competency; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
