Job Description

                    Issue memo for the infraction committed from notice to explain to notice of decision. 
Develops systematized tracker of infractions committed per employees and admin hearing; Report employee who are habitual offenders; 
Tracks and files incident reports; 
Follow-up memoranda sent to the project sites; ensure memos are signed by the recipient within 5 days upon receipt; 
Ensures that infraction memos are filed in the employees 201 files; Updates 201 summary of infractions; 
Collect, update, and compile manpower report from Deployment; 
Prepare transfer memoranda and have it received by the employee concerned; 
Prepare DOLE report of employees terminated, demobilized, and AWOL employees; 
Sees to it that s/he models and practices company values, and code of employees' discipline.
