Human Resource Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Propose and implement innovations to improve the HR department.
• Ensure recruitment targets are achieved.
• Ensure comp-ben targets are achieved.
• Ensure Learning and Development targets are achieved.
• Facilitate and assist all departments in the conduct of performance evaluation.
• Coordinate with Safety Officer for Safety Programs in the workplace.
• Achieve zero accident workplace.
• Implement programs to promote safety and healthy workplace.
• Foster good employer - employee relationship by accommodating employee concerns, feedback and give guidance/counseling.
• Ensure compliance to labor laws.
• Propose policies that are applicable and timely.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• College degree holder (preferably Psychology, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Human Resource Management).
