human resource supervisor

• BS Psychology Graduate, preferably with Masteral degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.

At least 3 years experience in Human Resource field.

• Manages by providing leadership; directing the activities and efforts of the Department; managing people, processes and other resources and coordinating with management of business unit to ensure that the Department meets its goals and objectives.
• Develops employees by providing periodic performance evaluation, performance feedback and coaching; training and other developmental opportunities. Interprets and enforces company policy, rule and regulations to include that on safety and health, to enhance management labor relations.
