1. Recruitment Execution
Execute the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
2. Hiring Manager Support
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
Assist hiring managers with interview preparation and feedback collection.
3. Candidate Management & Experience
Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
