About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Specialist to support the people and culture agenda of a fast-growing consumer medical device startup in Singapore. This role will work closely with business leaders to manage end-to-end HR operations while helping to build scalable HR processes suitable for a regulated and high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR documentation
Administer payroll coordination, leave management, and benefits with external vendors
Ensure accurate maintenance of HR systems and personnel files
