As a Human Resources Advisor, you’ll provide expert HR guidance and operational support, enabling leaders to manage people effectively and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

About the role:

• Provide high-quality HR advice on performance, conduct, and employee relations
• Support leaders in managing health and wellbeing cases, return-to-work plans, and compliance
• Deliver coaching and education to build leader capability and confidence
• Facilitate HR initiatives, policy rollouts, and organisational change projects
• Ensure consistent application and continuous improvement of HR processes
• This is a 6-month fixed term contract.
