Human Resources Advisor (Term)

Based out of the beautiful Okanagan in Kelowna, BC , the Regional District of Central Okanagan has an exciting opportunity to join our team for an 18-month term full‑time Human Resources Advisor position, due to a planned staff leave. Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, and as a valued member of a progressive human resources team, the Human Resources Advisor will provide comprehensive advisory services on recruitment, onboarding, salary administration, training and development and HRIS support.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Developing, coordinating and participating in recruitment, onboarding and orientation plans;
• Maintaining up to date job descriptions and facilitating job reviews, evaluation, classification and compensation analysis;
