Description
The HR Analyst will be the first point of contact for employees in the assigned region working closely with HR Latam Team, Payroll, Operations, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to ensure consistent, compliant and high-quality human resources services, ensuring adherence to local labor regulations and internal policies in each country supported, with clear guidance to employees and rigorous documentation.

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees in the assigned locations and support additional LATAM countries, ensuring timely case resolution and consistent service levels.
