Human Resources Analyst

Huellas, an Argentine organization with more than 18 years of experience and currently seeking to expand its reach, is looking for people with an entrepreneurial spirit who want to be part of a high-impact NGO.
We are currently seeking students or graduates in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations, or related fields to fill the position of Human Resources Analyst.
Responsibilities include:
Managing recruitment and selection processes.
Strengthening organizational culture and work climate.
Establishing partnerships with national and international universities for the internship program.
Researching and developing reports on the organization's human factors.
The internship program lasts 4 months, with a workload of 20 hours per week, flexible scheduling, and remote work. This is an unpaid professional internship.
