Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources Analyst to join our team in Glenview, Illinois. This long-term contract position involves supporting global mobility operations, including policy updates, tracking assignments, and ensuring compliance with international tax and immigration guidelines. The role requires a strong ability to manage documentation and streamline processes within HR systems.

Responsibilities:
• Revise and update HR policies within the HR ProResources system to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop process documentation and flowcharts to assist managers in navigating employee relocation procedures.
• Coordinate introductions and onboarding with external providers such as E& Y, Weichert, and immigration attorneys.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive Global Mobility Tracker to capture demographic, immigration, tax, and assignment status details.
