• Partner with leadership to design and execute employee engagement programs that enhance organizational culture and experience.
• Develop and execute wellness activities, including sourcing providers, managing budgets, and bringing innovative ideas that improve workplace climate and operational performance.
• Conduct 1:1 check-ins with employees as needed, and promote initiatives to improve communication, recognition, and well-being.
• Measure and report on the impact of wellness and engagement initiatives.
