Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Analyst located in Petaling Jaya. The Human Resources Analyst will be responsible for analyzing HR data, managing human resources information systems (HRIS), administering employee benefits, and supporting HR management processes. Daily responsibilities include collecting and analyzing HR metrics, maintaining and enhancing HR systems, and assisting in the development of HR strategies to support organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Experience with Benefits Administration and related processes
