• Manages components of HR Technology strategy for an assigned initiative, ensuring consistency, timeliness, and compliance.
• Understands, interprets and explains program operations and addresses questions from employees, other HR professionals.
• Compiles and conducts analysis of current HR Technology and makes recommendations for improvement.
