We are an established construction and engineering company seeking a proactive and organized Human Resources & Administration Executive to support both corporate HR functions and Administration, including tender documentation and CIDB compliance.

What you'll be doing

Human Resource Functions

Handle recruitment process including job posting, interview coordination, and onboarding.

Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.

Prepare HR letters, confirmation, increment, and disciplinary letters.

Support payroll coordination and claims verification.

Ensure compliance with company policies and local labour regulations.

Admin & Project Support

Assist in tender documentation preparation and submission.

Coordinate and maintain project-related documentation.
