DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Human Resources Management Strategic HR Leadership, Governance & BSP Compliance

• Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, corporate governance standards, and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary HR focal person for BSP examinations and audits, ensuring readiness, timely submission of requirements, and proper documentation of HR-related compliance items.
• Lead and support the conduct, documentation, and implementation of Strategic Planning, Succession Planning, and workforce planning initiatives in compliance with BSP guidelines and audit findings.
• Ensure that all BSP-identified observations, recommendations, and audit requirements related to human capital management are addressed, implemented, tracked, and reported.
