Your role

As a Human Resources and SHEQ Manager,y ou will

• Define and execute the People Strategy to enhance communication, collaboration and employee satisfaction.
• Driving and coaching on recruitment with hiring managers and strengthen employer branding.
• Support and implement Inclusion & Diversity initiatives.
• Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance.
• Review all processes, procedures and documents to be in line with ISO standards and The Way We Do Things.
• Responsible for accurate record keeping, incident and accident investigation, risk assessements and maintaining risk register.
• Support Business Area in achieving and maintaining their ISO Global Certification.
• Advise management on employment law, contracts, terminations, misconduct and incapacity.
