Job Summary
The HR Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department. This role assists in recruitment, employee records management, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR operations to ensure smooth and efficient workplace processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes such as posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment documents
- Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and HR databases
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes (orientation, clearances, exit documents)
- Assist in timekeeping, DTR checking, leave monitoring, and coordination with payroll
- Prepare HR reports, memoranda, and internal communications
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
