Job Description
Position : Human Resources (HR) Assistant Manager
Reporting Line : Human Resources (HR) Assistant Manager will report to Head of HR.
Job Purpose :
Responsible for key areas of HR management including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Training & Development and Payroll Administration.
Job Description :
The main duties and responsibilities of the HR Assistant Manager are as follows (this list is not exhaustive*):
1.Human Resources Planning and Management
- Managing Organization HR Planning including Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Selection, Staff Orientation & Staff Personal Development.
- Oversee salary administration process to ensure compliance with Government Bodies and in accordance with College Practices, Policies and Procedures.
