Shall handle timekeeping, recruitment, and employee relations functions 
Qualifications 
Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Communications, or any related course 
With brief background in Human Resources functions 
Able to be productive in a fast-paced working environment 
Detail-oriented 
Has efficient oral and written communication skills
