Job Description
As our HR Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping our HR processes smooth and compliant. Your responsibilities will include:
• Performing day-to-day HR administrative tasks
• Managing Daily Time Records (DTR)
• Organizing and maintaining HR files and documentation
• Assisting in company engagement activities and supporting HR programs that strengthen culture and employee experience
• Supporting other HR-related duties as needed
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:
• Has at least 6 months of HR work experience
• Is a graduate of any HR-related or business course
• Is open to a hybrid work setup (3 days onsite in Quezon City; 2 days WFH)
