We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant (Generalist) to support daily human resources operations and contribute to a positive employee experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course
• At least 1 year HR experience (generalist background preferred)
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR processes
• Experience in recruitment, timekeeping, payroll coordination, and employee records
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Can handle confidential information with integrity
