**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**



**Organizes orientation, technical / non-technical training courses for our staff, sub-contractors’ employees and other Otis companies as when required.**



**Assists in coordinating countries program and maintain record.**



**Assist in monitoring External Training Scheme, Education Assistance Scheme and Otis Scholar Program**



**Assists in implementing training policies and procedures. Response to internal customers’ enquiries**



**Maintains the data management system and ensures that training records are easily retrieved and protected by regular back up.**
