Human Resources Associate

The HR Associate for Employee Discipline and Labor Relations provides administrative support to the team in working with management to implement the Employee Discipline and Labor Relations policies and processes within the organization. This is achieved by:

• Assisting in the orientation of new employees on employee discipline and labor relations
• Operating the employee disciplinary action tracking system and maintaining accurate documentation of the cases
• Assisting in implementing effective disciplinary action process
• Assist in in-depth investigations for minor infractions and provide support to the EDLR Supervisor for major cases.
• Maintaining an efficient filing system of the records, reports and other documents of the unit

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Psychology, Social and Behavioral Sciences, Human or Resource Management
