Temp-to-Hire Full-Time HR Associate, Chicago, IL Our client, a trusted provider of metal plating solutions since 1903, is seeking a temp-to hire, full-time HR Associate to join its Human Resources Department. The HR Associate will report to the HR Manager and support a variety of HR functions to ensure smooth operations and promote a positive workplace environment. This job is from 8am to 4:30pm with a half hour unpaid lunch and is located on the near west side of Chicago. Job Responsibilities Assist with ADP payroll and HR processing. Support talent acquisition and recruitment processes. Conduct employee onboarding and coordinate training & development programs.
