Human Resources Associate

Location: Faisal Town, Lahore
Work Hours: 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm (Monday - Saturday)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate with 1–2 years of hands-on HR experience to support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, and compliance while ensuring smooth internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination, and onboarding
Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and HRIS data
Support attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Assist in issuing HR letters, contracts, confirmations, and other documentation
Coordinate employee onboarding, inductions, and exit formalities
Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
Act as a point of contact for basic employee queries
