Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Human Resources Associate. The role involves supporting HR management and operations, coordinating training and development programs, and managing employee relations. Responsibilities include assisting with the recruitment process, maintaining employee records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in HR Management, HR Operations, and general Human Resources (HR) practices
Experience in Racruitment and Talent Management
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams
Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in an HR role is preferred but not required
