Human Resources Associate

Location: Faisal Town, Lahore

Work Hours: 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm (Monday - Saturday)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate with 1–2 years of hands-on HR experience to support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, and compliance while ensuring smooth internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination, and onboarding
• Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and HRIS data
• Support attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
• Assist in issuing HR letters, contracts, confirmations, and other documentation
• Coordinate employee onboarding, inductions, and exit formalities
• Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
