Role Description

We are looking for an organized and reliable HR Associate to manage our growing salon team (Barber, Nails, and Korean Head Spa).

Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment and hiring
• Manage staff attendance and employee records
• Process payroll (salary, commissions, incentives)
• Monitor SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR compliance
• Ensure compliance with labor standards

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Graduate of HR, Psychology, Business, or related course
• With at least 1–2 years HR experience
• Knowledgeable in payroll and government contributions
• Detail-oriented and trustworthy
