Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Onboarding
• Collaborate with departmental managers to understand staffing needs and requirements for open positions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely candidate information.
• Conduct thorough reference checks for potential candidates to assess qualifications, work ethic, and cultural fit.
• Assist in facilitating new hire orientation sessions to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective onboarding plans that integrate new hires into the organization.
