Job Brief:

We require a person with excellent communication skills and peoples’ skills. The person should be able to maintain confidentiality.

The person would be responsible for managing the Induction, Scholar Connects, Performance discussions, Scholars’ Conduct and behavioural issues, front end for Grievance redressal, address queries and manage Exit requests and actions. They should support for Engagement sessions and Events at Greater Noida.

Responsibilities:

• Induction:
• Informing candidates regarding the start of Training
• Scheduling and conducting HR Induction during the start of Training
• Introduction to the organization, Overview of the processes and policies, session to clarify candidate and parental queries
