Position Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to operational leadership, driving people initiatives that support business performance across assigned venues and regions. This role is responsible for workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, leadership development, talent management, compensation processes, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. The HRBP balances commercial objectives with employee engagement, legal compliance, and Nikki Beach's people-first culture.

Partner with General Managers and operational leaders to develop workforce plans aligned with business objectives and seasonal demands.
