We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to leadership across our cross-border resource base. With a workforce spanning Brazil, Canada, India, Israel, Philippines, South Africa, and the United States, this role manages the full HR lifecycle across all entities. This is a builder role: you will manage everything from workforce planning and talent acquisition to performance, compensation, and employee relations. You will be expected to design the systems and governance needed to operate consistently across diverse jurisdictions while remaining hands‑on in execution.
