Human Resources Business Partner

PJ Fire Ltd part of CheckFire Group is looking for an experienced and confident HR Business Partner to join our team at our Chesterfield site. This is astandalone, end-to-end HR role, ideal for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys autonomy while working closely with a Group HR function.

You’ll be the go-to HR expert on site, partnering with line managers, supporting employees, and delivering a high-quality HR service across the full employee lifecycle.

You will be responsible for all HR activity at the Chesterfield site, including:

• Delivering a comprehensive generalist HR service from end to end
• Managing employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance and capability
