The ideal candidate is a strong on‑site leader with a track record of completing projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily site operations for retail and commercial construction projects from start to completion.
• Lead and coordinate site crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies and promote a safe work culture.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure work is completed per design intent.
