Role Scope
We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support People & Culture for our Canadian operations. This is a stand‑alone HR role, responsible for delivering both business partnership and day‑to‑day HR execution, with support from Centers of Excellence and HR leadership in the U.S. This role reports directly to the VP of People & Culture with a dotted line to the General Manager of Canada.
