Who We Are Looking For

Reporting to the Director, HR, Africa Region, this position is responsible for supporting strategic HR leadership and operational initiatives in the Africa region. This includes strengthening HR operations and change management related to our future organisational setup.

The role combines hands-on operational HR support with advisory and analytical support, with a strong focus on compliance and the implementation of HR-related change management across the region.

What You Will Work On

HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle

• Advise and support on recruitment, onboarding, contract management, performance management, and offboarding
• Provide guidance on disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and staff relations
