Job Description

Payroll & Compensation Process Singapore payroll accurately and ensure timely CPF submissions.

Review overseas payroll to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with internal standards.

Handle employee enquiries related to payroll, leave, and benefits.

Talent Acquisition Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for overseas business units, including workforce planning, job postings, candidate sourcing, shortlisting, and coordination of interviews.

Support hiring managers in identifying staffing needs and delivering timely recruitment outcomes.

Employee Documentation & Records Prepare and manage HR documentation such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, promotion letters, bonus letters, and other employee correspondence.

Employee Relations & Compliance Handle work visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
